Technologies to visualize whole organs across scales in vivo are essential for our understanding of biology health and disease. To date, only post-mortem techniques achieve cellular resolution entire organs. Here, we demonstrate volumetric ultrasound localization microscopy (ULM). We detail a universal methodological pipeline including dedicated 3D ULM, motion correction realignment algorithms, as well post-processing quantification cerebral blood diameter flow. illustrate the power this approach, by revealing rat brain vasculature at 14-fold improved 12 μm, flows ranging from 1 120 mm/s.
